Interactive Activities

Let’s get interactive! There will be activities designed to promote mindfulness, self-care, and good ol’ human connection. It’s not just about learning; it’s about doing and experiencing. Because, let’s be real, sometimes you just need a little hands-on fun to really get the message across.

Resource Library

Need some reading material? Dive into the resource library! It’s packed with brochures, fact sheets, and contact information for mental health services. Think of it as your one-stop shop for all things mental health. You know, having access to this kind of stuff can make a real difference.
