You know, sometimes it feels like there’s a million different health and wellness products and services out there. Well, good news! At the fair, you can explore a wide range of exhibitor booths featuring local health providers, fitness centers, wellness product vendors, and community organizations. It’s a fantastic opportunity to get information, ask questions, and discover new resources available right here in our area. Honestly, who doesn’t love a good browse?

Interactive Demonstrations

Ever wonder if you’re doing that yoga pose right, or how to actually cook a healthy meal that doesn’t taste like cardboard? Participate in interactive demonstrations covering various health and wellness topics, such as yoga, meditation, healthy cooking, and stress management techniques. Learn practical skills you can incorporate into your daily life. It’s way more fun than watching a YouTube video, trust me!

Health Screenings

Let’s be real, scheduling a doctor’s appointment can be a real drag. At the Health & Wellness Fair, you can take advantage of free health screenings offered throughout the day. The fair will take place at the Community Recreation Center located at 123 Main Street. Easy to find, and plenty of parking… hopefully!

The best part? Admission to the Health & Wellness Fair is free and open to the public. No registration is required. Just show up and get ready to get healthy!
